Urban Sketching Workshop

An urban sketch is a drawing created on location, indoors or out, capturing what the sketcher sees from direct observation. Urban sketchers use any kind of media to tell the story of their surroundings, the places they live, and where they travel.

Urban Sketchers chapters can be found all over the world. Members practice on-location city drawing & sketching in the communities, towns, and villages where they live and travel.

The mission of Urban Sketchers is to raise the artistic, storytelling, and educational value of on-location drawing, promoting its practice and connecting people worldwide who draw on locations where they live and travel.

We at Mangalore want to start multiple sketching sessions starting with one of the iconic structures from 1880, St. Aloysious College. Please come and join us in this session and be a part of this global movement!
